"Nature gives us an example of ideal cooperation. Plants cannot grow without the combination of soil, water, and sunlight. This natural cooperative effort keeps the planet alive and providing food and oxygen for mankind. Mankind, on the other hand, does not fully cooperate with nature. We choose to challenge nature instead of going with the flow. We use up natural resources and deposit waste around the planet in ways that are just too scary to imagine. We build homes in areas that are sure to flood again and again, or challenge the water supply in dry areas by building homes and making huge demands on limited water supplies because we want to wash our new cars, or grow real grass in an area where grass is not meant to grow.
Mankind has difficulty cooperating with nature, but the difficulty doesn't end there. Humans have difficulty cooperating with one another. This is why war, poverty, disease and famine are constantly challenging the planet. The Grand Order of Design is meant to be a cooperative effort among all energies that exist for our benefit. Greed is the enemy of that Grand Order of Design. Cooperation is synonymous with: consideration, empathy, compassion, and love. All are combined in the Grand Order of Design." ~ Freda M. Chaney
